Mendota Heights Renovation and Addition with pool.

This project is a complete renovation and addition to an existing traditional home for this family of four. It features a new pool and outdoor living area along with a very modern and fresh interior utilizing green products and materials. The exterior is a clean, modern abstraction to the very traditional bones. This project is a great example of blending into an existing traditional neighborhood. It shows how we can save and use most of an existing structure, making it all new and functional for a modern, active family with a wonderful indoor/outdoor relationship between shelter and a zen-like outdoor poolside living area.
